 Our family still
calls Susan Phillips ‘our angel.’ When
I first spoke with Susan on the phone I knew she was the right match
for us. I knew immediately that she was the one who would
go the distance for us ~ her
integrity and kind spirit were obvious and immediate. Prior to speaking
with AdoptionLink,
I had called a number of home study agencies and quickly felt lost
in a sea of anxiety, but when I spoke with Susan, she was by far the
most personal and understanding ~ like I’d known her all my life.
AdoptionLink completed
our home study for us with compassion and professionalism ~ theywere
that missing link that helped bring our daughter, Devi, home to us.
 Susan understood the
feelings we had, all the concerns. She walked that unknown path with
us giving encouragement and support all along the way. AdoptionLink staff
are the experts and their mission surely is their passion. They truly
believe in what they do.
We are about to begin the adoption process again
and will without a doubt, use AdoptionLink again.
After all, they are part of our family now.
Adoption Link helped us realize our greatest joy and dream, to become
parents to our wonderful daughter.

We
began our adoption process in California in 2001, using Holt International;
however, we moved to Massachusetts and went to AdoptionLink to update
our original home study, as required in the new situation. Susan
Phillips visited us in our home in and her work was not only satisfactory
in every aspect, but she went out of her way to support us, both before
and after the adoption, and it has been a pleasure to know and work
with her.
