AdoptionLink, a program of Jewish Family Service of Western Massachusetts, Inc., is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) federal tax exempt private adoption agency licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Early Education and Care.

Susan L. Phillips, MA, is the Director of AdoptionLink.  Susan has over 30 years experience in child welfare having worked in Michigan, Connecticut, Maine and Massachusetts in the public and private sectors as a caseworker, manager and administrator. 

Susan was awarded Child Advocate of the Year for her work for the State of Michigan. She was an instructor for the Edmund Muskie School of Public Policy, training prospective adoptive and foster parents for the state of Maine. She is a peer reviewer for the Council on Accreditation, reviewing child welfare agencies across the country for best practice.

AdoptionLink is a member of the ODS Adoption Community of New England, Joint Council on International Children’s Services and Adoption Professionals Association of Massachusetts.
